Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchases, please get in contact with us immediately and we can discuss returning and/or replacing* your item(s). Please don't return anything unless you have spoken to us first.

We cannot refund postage costs unless your item is faulty, and sending back an item will be at your own expense unless we have agreed to cover it. We cannot refund any postage costs if you have changed your mind about an item and it is still in a sellable condition.

You will receive your refund when the product is returned to us in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it in. Please obtain proof of postage, in the unlikely case that the package never reaches us and you do not have this then we cannot offer a refund.

*The option of having a replacement sent out to you may not be available. Please allow us to confirm whether we can do this, if we cannot replace it then you will be issued with an item refund.
